28 Jun 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support and thank the Minister for trying to do the right thing after concerns were raised. However, we will be asking him to explain a few things on procedure. On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I said while I supported the reduction of the publication period of the Bill, that I wanted some clarifications from the Minister so that we can all move in tandem.
