Is the Minister in order to say that the Finance Bill will not lapse on 31st December, 2011 while only yesterday, the President asked him, in my presence and they said that the authority to collect taxes will lapse on 31st December, and then they will go to borrowing? Were they cheating the President or Members of Parliament? It is important to tell the truth. Honesty is a good thing.
