Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have an affidavit from Mr. Osiemo saying that he does not have any business association with hon. Musalia Mudavadi nor does he have any with the former Permanent Secretary, Mr. Kirui. He is also saying that the KACC has not contacted him and that he has not gone underground.
