18 Apr 2007 in National Assembly:
Yes, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Let me get myself out of the mess. It is contempt of court for somebody who is not an officer of the court to write to the judge to influence the direction of a case. That is the issue that we are addressing; accountability. That letter has been copied to the Chief Justice. I do have more letters written by people---

17 Apr 2007 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to contribute to this Motion. I would like to add my voice to very many issues which have been alluded to by the previous speakers. First and foremost, I would like to thank hon. Omingo and his team. 17 Apr 2007 in National Assembly:

They are the ones who are now controlling most of the wealth that belongs to this country. The amount of money which is allocated to construct roads in any district, including mine and yours, is enough to do those roads, any day, for five years, but because these engineers own the construction companies---They have now come up with a new thing. They say ...

17 Apr 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is the obvious. I do not think I need to substantiate it. The Government itself has issued Press statements saying there is nothing wrong with that variation. They did that variation according to the rules of the game. Therefore, I am not accusing anybody of anything new.
