There are some things which are annoying Kenyans but I think we are on the clock. We are paid and we need not let this country down and steer it in the right direction. Listening to the Chair, the Committee has tabled a Report that rejects the Senate Bill. The only anomaly is that the Chair opposes it. That is the only part that needs to be withdrawn. The net result is that the Report before the House is negatived. By way of procedure, it has to be seconded because it is a Report.
