11 May 2017 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Speaker. It cannot escape my attention that I should contribute on these issues; on the subject that has been brought about by the Leader of the Majority Party. You know it is a sad and stupid moment, quite frankly, that the names we are seeing are the names we are having problems with in our political parties. So, how do you bring them here after the mess which I have been subjected to in the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). The name of the messer is there and ring-fenced. I do not have an opportunity to vote against ...

are not you. Then, they come here to want to play around with your vote. We have this vote until the 8th of August. We intend to use it and use it according to the law. I ask you to send these things back to the parties. If we cannot deal with this matter now, it is better we let it be dealt with after the August general election.

4 Apr 2017 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Sorry to interrupt the Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation when he was on a roll. I think he glossed over something which I think Members need to hear about. He keeps referring to Regulations of 2012. There are many things which were suggested in 2012 and there are a lot of things being spoken out there like Certificate of Good Conduct and things like Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. Can he explain so that the country can be clear? That is because many people are interested in this so that we can know that some ...
