THAT, the proposed allocation under the programme in respect of Gross Total amount of Kshs58,935,000,000 be deleted and substituted thereof with the figure of Kshs58,436,000,000. The effect of this amendment is a reduction of the allocation. This is a reversal of funds that had been taken from the Ministry and are now being taken back. view
