Temporary Deputy Chairman, surrogate motherhood even when there is an agreement might have disputes as to when the surrogate mother relinquishes parenthood. We are making it clear that it should be at birth. view

That is basically renumbering. If you look at Clause 35(1) and (2), you will find that it goes to (6). That should, therefore, be replaced by (3). It is just a problem of numbering. view

Temporary Deputy Chairman, basically, you got it right at one point. “Reproductive” or “reproduction” depends whether you are using a verb, a noun or an adjective. The process will be different if you are using a noun or an adjective to describe. As far as I am concerned, I have not seen any major change in context as we move along.
