We have just gone through a process in doubt as to whether we had two-thirds or not. The assumption there is that when you are starting the process, you then must start the process with full knowledge that you have two-thirds, so that if there is need for a division you go through division. For the last four or so years I have been out of health, is it possible that we have trained so many technical people that will use that equipment as it has been proposed? I have been in the Departmental Committee on Health, but we do not get answers to this. So, it is a big risk if we do not time the arrival of that equipment because some may need specific renovations and ... view
