• 25 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: The other area that I think is important is agriculture put together with the area of industrialization. I believe this country will not be industrialized until industrialization is based on the agro-industry. That is where our people are, and the only way to move forward is to improve agriculture, food production and export and to look at value addition and base our industrial development on that. If we say that every clause which we go through will carry this--- I am not a lawyer, but I would like the lawyers here to guide us on this. I must start by expressing my appreciation to the Committee, to which I am a Member and the leadership of our Chair.
