Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. The key to governance is involvement and participation of people who are governed. In any situation, it is often impossible to involve everyone particularly from the communities we come from. Therefore, the need for their remuneration is unquestionable. We must put in place structures for their recognition and payment. Legal structures will be needed.
