I also hope that the recent extension of Government consideration to public universities was not for business purposes, but for providing education for all and sundry in this country. As much as I support the amendment, I do not seem to be satisfied with its import. He has not given enough reasons more so to the recourse of the public if the Cabinet Secretary (CS) fails to publish this in the Kenya Gazzette . I would therefore want a clarification on what recourse users like us have. view
