Ali Wario, does better. It is not just a matter of the funds not getting to the recipients on time. The bigger matter is that the funds are inadequate.   • 14 Dec 2017 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, in the last Parliament we had a very strange phenomenon in this House where you would find a Member sitting in as many as five committees. With the little experience I have from the last Parliament, it is not possible for a Member to be effective in more than two committees. In fact, I propose going forward that perhaps we limit membership to one committee per Member in future.
