  • 25 Sep 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to join my colleague in supporting the Motion. I want to thank the Committee for a splendid work done and for choosing able Kenyan men and women. Mr. Johnston Kavuludi is coming in with vast experience in administration. The gulf is not breathing because of the Mbita Cause way. If the Mbita Cause way is ... view

  • 19 Sep 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on 4th September, 2012, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources. There was an undertaking that the Minister would get back to me on 11th September but until today, I still do not have a response from the Ministry. Could I be in order to ask why this is not forthcoming? view
  • 4 Sep 2012 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to ask the Assistant Minister if he is preparing to have the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) have a high technical committee representing every presidential aspirant to make sure that the software is not tampered with or the related equipment or peripheral devices accompanying the equipment are not tampered with from the time of procurement until view
