It is clear that what was reported today that the Cabinet Secretary was in the dark, is totally and completely mis-information from the media. If I just quote one, the article under the banner: “ Matiang’i, I was in the dark, grossly misrepresents the facts of a press conference I addressed at the Nairobi Serena.
