As the Departmental Committee on Lands, we involved all the stakeholders who wished to have degazettement of that part of the forest. In Kamiti, there are more human beings living there. Government funds have been used to build schools. There are homes and boreholes. So, in essence, it is just a matter of normalising and meeting the constitutional requirement. view
