The solutions I provide are these: First, when we get back the Budget, we must give more funds to the Department of Police. Two, the communities living where we have these problems must also participate in giving solutions and not castigating the Government agencies. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Dr. Nzomo has worked for a long time in the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). In fact, she would have been the first TSC Secretary some 15 years ago, but she was being overlooked and other people appointed instead.
