Member has said, we might be travelling in the direction that we have been blamed for; that we are not hard-working and that we are not adhering to our programmes. The Committee on Delegated Legislation should be formed today because it is part of that item that is bringing us problems. view

So, I would like to have that Committee established today so that tomorrow I can be paid and go home to meet some of my people. The Whips should explain to us why they have not tabled the list for the committees of this House so that we can begin our business. view
