Assistant Minister, he says that Greenhouse farming is being encouraged in most parts of the country and that Uriri District has got eight Agricultural Officers. Could he confirm to the House that Kisumu North District is one of those areas that have been considered and why it does not have even one officer?

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has repeated twice before the House that the idea of leasing ambulances is innovative but he has said that there is no framework yet. Is he saying that he will commit about Kshs294 million for ambulances on an idea which is innovative? Is it innovative to misappropriate?

When handling the issue of boda boda, I expect the Assistant Minister to be very serious because this is one of the biggest single employer of young Kenyans.
