Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I sat down here listening to the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, hon. Chris Okemo, as I looked at the demeanour and the submissions done by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, I got convinced that, indeed, I should now support this Motion. I had come here with the mind that this Motion must be defeated.
