  • 2 Dec 2021 in Senate: As part of peace building efforts, there have been consultations between area residents and owners of Laikipia Nature Conservancy to clear all the trees and bushes at the edge of the conservancy so as to aid visibility in flashing out the bandits. A clearance of about 500 metres inside the conservancy will also aid in the security operation in the area. The owners have agreed to the task.
