• 18 Nov 2021 in Senate: I would like to point out something so that as Senators, debate on this Bill, they can factor it in. For example, if Sen. Olekina is a champion for the Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). If he is given a commendation by the Head of State but he is not very popular in his county where public participation is supposed to take place, are you saying that we should surpass public participation because he may not survive the public participation in his county? That is something that you can think about. view
