Hargura for bringing this Motion for Adjournment, so that we discuss the insecurity situation in Marsabit County. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, looking at the information that has been presented, it almost boils down to a case where some defeated politicians and those who won have not sat down and agreed on how to solve these problems. But since we know that this House is the Upper House and the National Assembly is the Lower House, why do we not go further and make this suggested amendment even clearer? For example, Sen.
