I know that in the whole of Nyanza we had Maseno School and a few other schools like St. Mary’s, Yala that were meant to train fathers. However, by the time I joined that school, I was not a father. I want to follow up and say that as a result of that, there are 24 students from my county who are in Migori County in a university called Rongo. If there was no Rongo we would be having nobody from West Pokot there. That is why I am saying we should have as many secondary schools as possible that are standardized and we can call them county secondary schools, so that we can feel that we can have a Kenya that is fully starting from the grassroots level.
