19 Nov 2013 in National Assembly:
Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this Motion about the first of public finance management regulations that are before us; this is about the Uwezo Fund. 19 Nov 2013 in National Assembly:
Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we need to understand the procedure. If we have two amendments coming, the best thing to do is that if you are not in agreement with the first one, you defeat it. We are very clear that identifying registered organizations for people with disabilities will be a problem. Who is to identify them will be a problem. Therefore, the best thing to do is to defeat this amendment and then we proceed. I propose that you put the Question, we defeat this amendment and we move to the next one.
