In the Report that the Government asked the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education to step aside, could the Minister prove that in that case, there was anything that asked that Permanent Secretary to step aside? Members of Parliament who need to inform the Ministry whether these projects are implemented or not. Does your Ministry have supervisory capacity to follow up the projects that you are implementing in various parts of this country? Do you really require hon. Members to bring this information to your attention or do you need to employ supervisors and engineers to go and check whether these projects are implemented? view

Whereas I do not deny that I accompanied the Minister to the celebration with the Endorois people and actually I identify myself with the Endorois because I am also marginalized, I have head hon. Ethuro saying that I am a lieutenant of hon. Orengo. Could he clarify that title because I have never known that I hold such a title? view

Prof. Saitoti has referred to this Report recommending that he should be investigated. Looking at this Report, I cannot see anywhere where it has recommended investigation on hon. Prof. George Saitoti. Actually, what he has referred to is evidence that was presented to the Committee on how the former Minister was frustrated within the Government.
