Tukipitisha huo mswada na tuifuate hiyo sheria vizuri, tutaweza angalia kiasi cha fidia ambayo watu wa Murang’a na Taita Taveta wataweza kupata kwa sababu wana maji, vile watu wa Turkana na Kwale wanavyopata fidia kidogo kwa sababu wana mafuta na madini ya Titanium .
