Murkomen should apologize and withdraw the remarks he made. That is the ruling of the Chair, we cannot go beyond that. Secondly, I am aware that Sen. Khaniri was the Vice Chairperson of the Committee but he was de-whipped from the position. My understanding is that it is most likely that the Committee does not have the Vice Chairperson at the moment.
