The last one is the Draft National Government Constituencies Development Fund Regulations, 2016, which was formerly called the “Constituencies Development Fund (CDF)”. We have received the regulations in a draft form and, as a Committee, we have approved them. We have sent them for publication and they are supposed to be transmitted back to the House within the next seven days. view
