(b) Is the Minister further aware that the said employees are still in office despite their contracts having expired? (c) What urgent steps is the Minister taking to address the matter? view

Before they were employed by the former KACC, they were told to resign from wherever they were working. Now that their contracts have been renewed through the PSC and seconded to the EACC, what happens at the expiry of one year? Will they go back to the Ministries or the first precedence takes place? view
