What will the Assistant Minister do to that individual who actually stole public money and failed to pay as required by the law?

(b) Is he also aware that the German was fined Kshs60,000 or nine months imprisonment when he appeared before the Kilifi Resident Magistrate on 5th April, 2007? Mr. Minister, this incident happened in Mtwapa on November 18th and this individual was actually taken to court before the Senior Resident Magistrate, Mr. Charles Obulutsa, on 5th April and he was sentenced accordingly as I stated in the Question. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this issue of molestation and assault of Kenyans by foreigners is on the rise. Since the Minister is now aware, could he investigate this matter, so that this individual can be punished accordingly?
