Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think time has come for the Government to start a project of building rehabilitation centres all over this country to deal with the increasing number of drug abusers. We also need trained personnel and counsellors who can do this work of trying to rehabilitate our young people so that they do not fall back into drug abuse. Yes, I have evidence! What is the Government doing - this Ministry in conjunction with the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons - first of all, to determine the status of these individuals, who are exploiting boys and girls in that area? What is the Government doing to ensure that they are checked in terms of their status, and secondly, that they are deported, if necessary, for engaging in these illegal activities of sex trade?
