Temporary Deputy Chairman, this amendment is on timelines on the self-assessment form which the members of the public normally file with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). This amendment is introducing a timeline, so that such rejection of an application can come within 30 days instead of staying indefinitely. It is making it definite that if there is no rejection within 30 days, then it will not happen again. view
