  • 12 Feb 2014 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to speak. I appreciate what you have actually just explained about representing the constituents in the Chamber. We actually appreciate that there is direct correlation between marketing and selling in the Chamber. It is important that we get a chance to sell our ideas to the whole Republic as well as to our constituents. I actually support this Procedural Motion because it gives sufficient time, for both the Mover and contributors, but I want to urge that we retain the tradition which we had in the last Session, where the Speaker, ... view

  • 11 Feb 2014 in National Assembly: Secondly, I am persuaded to support this Motion even though the idea of mixing talent is very important. • 4 Dec 2013 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Speaker. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(ii)(c), I wish to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare regarding the re-naming of the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani to Safaricom Sports Centre. Hon. Speaker, the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani is a historical national heritage that Kenyans hold in great esteem. Any attempt to change the historical names of presidents we hold dear such as this has major implications on the gains that we have made over the years as a Republic. Hon. Speaker, whereas corporate sponsorship for major firms ... view
