  • 19 Nov 2019 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This Bill is a very old. So, I was catching up with what has been proposed here. I was consulting on Clause 8 because it looks like the version in the Bill is much better than my proposed amendments. If we carry this amendment the way it is, it will confuse funding of projects in county governments. So, I am proposing to drop this amendment and retain what is proposed in the Bill. view
