My view is that even in the universities, there is a requirement that a certain number of hours must be attained. My view is that the Ministry of Education should be very serious about examinations especially in primary and secondary schools, now that the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) is on. David Gikaria, but I want to agree with him that the way debate is going on in this House, especially the 12th Parliament, is totally different, if you compare it with the 11th Parliament.
