I would like to say from the start that this Bill is coming a little bit too late because had we taken these stern measures earlier, we would not have lost the lives we have lost or incurred the damages that we have incurred in our country. Let every Kenyan know that this is not the right time to play politics. We are under threat and if we do not take this thing seriously, sooner or later, maybe we shall be mourning or our country will be in anarchy.
