• 27 Jul 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to tell this House the measures they have put in place to make sure that all the wildlife, not only in Kiambere, but also in other national parks, are well reserved within their areas. At the Nakuru National Park, wildlife have come out of the national park and invaded the neighbouring settlements. We have been complaining about this issue for a long time. view

• 27 Jul 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister for answering this Question, I would like to ask him whether his Ministry officials consulted the shareholders or farmers of Mutukanio in order for them to be transferred from Nakuru to Naivasha Registry office? This is because right now, the shareholders are not aware that they were transferred to Naivasha District and yet administratively they fall under Njoro District. Did the Ministry officials consult the shareholders of Kiambogo Mutukanio Block 1? view

(b) Could the Minister consider compensating the owner of the farm for the loss? view
