Is the Minister in order to mislead the House that this is a different Question and yet it is the one I asked last time? view

I require your guidance and direction because the Minister is saying that I am misleading the House and yet, it is the Question that I had asked last time. He is much aware of what I said and it is in the HANSARD. I do not see any reason why the Minister is trying to stop the Question from being answered by the Minister in charge. view
