  • 29 Jul 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to congratulate the Assistant Minister for that answer but there are some issues that he needs to address. They have also gone to an extent of buying carrots. The areas which are mostly affected are Mau Narok and Molo divisions. I said that they come from neighbouring countries because there is no law that is being followed. The officers of the Ministry and even the security personnel are allowing these businessmen and brokers to exploit our farmers. view
