From the recommendations of the Committee, Mr. Joseph Ole Lenku appears to be a well-qualified person. He has been nominated to a very serious docket which concerns security matters. As we allocate these finances to the counties, it is also important, as one Member indicated that those at the county level are not just there to receive but they should also work or allocate resources appropriately.
