  • 29 Sep 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me a chance to also make my contributions to the Bill. From the onset, I support the Bill. Oundo was just trying to identify the person who will be responsible for identifying the indigent and vulnerable people. If you look at 1B, he has said who will be responsible and it has been clearly defined. Thank you, Hon. Chairman. view
