I would like from the outset to thank the Minister for Lands for really bringing this Bill, which is overdue, in fact, going by the requirement of the Constitution. view

When you look at Articles 60 to 68 of the Constitution, they cover the land issue. The Bill does bring out certain aspects of the Constitution which are very important. But there are certain areas in the Bill which are winding, and which I would like the Minister and his team to go and look into. view
