We have permanent military bases in Wajir and Mandera where we patrol the border. The hon. Members should not ask me to tell them exactly how we deploy our soldiers at our border on the Floor of this House. view

It will cure all the ills and mismanagement of our urban areas and cities. The county government will be required to employ qualified planners who will plan our cities properly, and based on available resources. You cannot have a city depending on ponds.
