It means the value they came up with was doubtful and we cannot say that, that is the actual price of the enterprise. If valuation was not done, how did they place the cost per share? I want to support this amendment Bill because I know the importance of education in this country. The process of curriculum development is very simple. It is three- phased. There is curriculum development that is implemented by the Government through the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development which is a Government parastatal and it is free.
