It means the value they came up with was doubtful and we cannot say that, that is the actual price of the enterprise. If valuation was not done, how did they place the cost per share? It means this enterprise was sold at a price that is not correct. That enterprise is not there by itself. It was a creation by Kenyans who were taxed to make that enterprise the way it is. The process of curriculum development is very simple. It is three- phased. There is curriculum development that is implemented by the Government through the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development which is a Government parastatal and it is free.
