Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did say that once I get the money, I will upgrade it. This is because upgrading means doing the infrastructure. I cannot do the housing units without money. Once I get the money from Treasury, I will upgrade immediately.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, every year, we request Treasury to give us money for purposes of doing A, B, C and D. Later on, the whole thing comes to Parliament for approval. Whenever we ask for money for upgrading some of the police stations, we get negative answers. But what I want to say---

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thought the hon. Member would sympathize with our case. First, we have not recruited for the last two years but we have requested for the money. Once we get the money, we are going to recruit and will have enough personnel.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 30th October, 2010, there was a golf tournament at the club and a large crowd of players and caddies assembled early to start the tournament. As the tournament was about to start, the assembled crowd noticed a Mitsubishi Truck off-loading an excavator within the grounds. A spontaneous outrage broke out and it is reported that caddies surrounded the truck, Reg. No.KAN 681F and the excavator Reg. No. KBM 3206 and set them ablaze. During the skirmishes, Messrs.
