The world over, wherever you go, be it in the Western countries or wherever, they have new technology. They have new driving licences, which are captured in their computers. The details of the driver are also captured within that particular licence. But is he in order to say that this is a political Motion and yet, he knows that, indeed, it is true that there are so many communities in this country and we are not sharing the resources equitably? view

Chapter 423 of the Constitutional Offices (Remuneration) Act, Cap.423, provides as follows:- "The holders of the offices specified in the First Column of the Schedule shall be paid such allowances as may be determined, from time to time, by the President."
