Order, Senator! You know the rules of this House. If you make such a serious allegation, it must be substantiated or withdrawn. If you are aware of any sexual favours and have evidence, then we will take it. However, if you do not have evidence, you cannot talk about ‘public domain.’ We are a House of rules and you have to prove by substantiating or withdrawing your remarks.

Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Bill. This is an assurance of comfort to our employees in the counties as they work for us. I want to imagine that you cannot have better comfort than knowing that in your sunset years when you retire, you have something to fall back to after saving for a long time.
