Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 15 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1), by deleting the expression “or is likely to meet”; and, (b) in sub-clause (3), by deleting paragraph (b). The amendment seeks to eliminate any ambiguity that may arise in the interpretation of what amounts to the term ‘is likely to meet’. There is an ambiguity on that issue. We have to be certain on issues of law.
