  • 9 Oct 2019 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The matter that the Hon. Member for Nakuru Town is raising is very weighty. It is a matter of national concern. The Ministry had to take that stern action because it is better to have a student alive than a dead one. We have seen some schools which are ramshackle or a disaster waiting to happen. It was better for the Ministry to take that action of closing those schools.
